November 2025 Student of the Month

7th Natalie Mutter Natalie is a bright spot in my classroom. She is always the first one to raise her hand and participate and brings joy to every task that we do in class. Her positive spirit rubs off on those around her and she is a joy to teach.
8th Brayan Velasquez-Vasquez Brayan always arrives on time every day, completes his work responsibly, and never complains about any task he’s given. Though he is quiet, his calm presence and respectful attitude make him a truly pleasant student to have in class.
9th Sara Rodriguez Vasquez Sara has a great attitude towards learning, and is always looking for ways to help in the classroom. she helps other students when needed, and is always willing to volunteer to read/ answer questions during class discussions. Her positive outlook and outgoing nature make her a joy to teach, it is a blessing to have her in my class.
10th Hannah Roberts Hannah consistently demonstrates exceptional character both in and out of the classroom. She maintains impressive academic performance while successfully balancing extracurricular activities, and setting a strong example for her peers.
11 Christian Lyle Christian is a pleasure to teach. He is a bright young man and works hard. He is always willing to help when asked and has a great work ethic in the classroom.
12th Ana Gonzalez Vasquez Ana is such a sweet young lady. She is respectful and kind to everyone she meets, and is always willing to lend a helping hand to others. She also manages her own personal health challenges with resilience and responsibility.
Staff Mr. Rose Mr. Rose is always at work—whether in the classroom or behind the scenes—consistently demonstrating punctuality, professionalism, and passion. He arrives on time, is prepared with thoughtful lessons and meaningful activities that support every student’s success. He is always willing to share resources, collaborate with colleagues, and go the extra mile.
Rebel Student of the Month

At this time we would like to congratulate our Rebel Student of the month. The Rebel student of the month is nominated by a staff member.  Please report to the office after morning announcements. 

 

The 7th grade Rebel of the month is  Reagan Williams.  Reagan is always positive, enthusiastic, and real. She speaks her mind in a kind way. She asks deep and probing questions because she likes to think.

 

The 8th grade Rebel of the month is  Raegan Herring. She is always participating in class, completes her work and helps others around her. She is also tutoring a peer after her work is completed in class.

 

The 9th grade Rebel of the month is  Shabree Cobb. Shabree always comes in prepared, gets right to work, asks to work ahead, and always keeps a positive attitude.  

 

The 10th grade Rebel of the month is Jimena Alvarez- Vasquez.  She is a hard working student who goes above and beyond to complete her work. Even after being out sick for a week she has come back in and worked hard to catch up and turn in papers ahead of time. A very well mannered student.

 

The 11th grade Rebel of the month is  Amulet Chigin.  Amulet has done a great job this semester.  She works hard in class and is eager to learn.  She may be quiet, but she can always be counted on to participate and support.

 

The 12th grade Rebel of the month is DeLuca Potter.  DeLuca isn't just a hard worker.  He is always attentive in class, takes all of his assignments seriously, helps others around him, and has shown that he has the ability to think critically through real-life situations that adults face every single day.  Two of his greatest strengths are his empathy towards those around him and his optimistic outlook on life.

 

Our Staff Rebel of the month is Mrs. Kelly Kornegay.  Mrs. Kornegay is always making sure her student's needs are being met.  She is very patient, always available to help her students, and holds meetings with them.  She is also balancing teaching and attending school.  She is a phenomenal Rebel!
