Seniors, Jostens visit on Sept 29th has been cancelled. We will let you know when we have a rescheduled date. (read thru 9/29)

 

The Junior and Senior Beta Clubs are hosting a food drive for the month of September. Please drop non-perishible food items off with one of your Beta Club advisors to receive service hours. 

 

Juniors and Seniors: Are you curious about future careers and want real-world experience? Career Connections is your chance to job shadow professionals in fields that interest you. Applications are open September 15th through 30th. You can pick one up in the Guidance Office or from Mrs. Ostheim. Don’t miss out on this great opportunity to explore your future! Juniors and Seniors, You must see Mrs. Taylor if you plan to take James Sprunt Classes in the Spring.

 

Juniors, If you are interested in attending Governor’s School or would like more information, please see Mrs. Cruse or Mrs. Taylor. (read thru 9/30)

 

North Duplin FFA will be collecting money for a Mum Sale fundraiser.  Mums will be available in 2 sizes and can be purchased in white, red, yellow, orange, and purple.  Mums are expected to arrive around the second week of October. See Mr. Woodard, or a North Duplin FFA officer, for more information. (Read through October 1st)

 

In celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month, North Duplin will host its first-ever Hispanic Heritage Spirit Week from October 6th to October 10th. Show your pride by dressing up and honoring the culture, history, and contributions of Hispanic heritage.  Please see flyers around school for more information.  Everyone is encouraged to dress up including staff and teachers.   

 

Monday, October 6th-Colors for Heritage:

Wear your Heritage colors

 

Tuesday, October 7th-Goals for Heritage: 

Wear your favorite soccer jersey

 

Wednesday, October 8th-Roots and Traditions:

Wear cultural attire (no face coverings)

 

Thursday, October 9th-Viva la Música:

Wear a shirt with your favorite artist or dress like them

 

Friday, October 10th, Green, white, and bright:

Wear our school colors and a bright color
