10/7/25 Announcements
7th through 11th grade students - picture day is almost here! Picture day will be October 14th, so please make sure that you are here and ready to smile big. This is your opportunity to be photographed for the yearbook, so don’t miss it! (please announce until Oct 14th)
7th and 8th grade students - WE ARE HAVING A DANCE on October 16th from 3:15 until 5:00 in the cafeteria. Admission is $5 at the door and snacks and drinks will be sold! There will be flyers posted around school with information. Stop and see Mrs. Wolfe or Ms. Rose with questions or concerns! (please announce until 10/16)
The Senior Beta Club is hosting the 2nd annual 5K Color Run/Walk for cancer awareness on Saturday, October 18th. You can sign up for the event by scanning the QR code on the posters around campus or by going to the school website. Registration is $30 and includes a t-shirt. This event is open to everyone!
Calling All Readers! Rebel Readers Book Club will meet this Thursday in the media center during 1st period. This event is open to all students who would like to read and talk about any and all books. There is also a group reading WWII novels. Stop by the media center to learn more!
In celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month, North Duplin will host its first-ever Hispanic Heritage Spirit Week from October 6th to October 10th. Show your pride by dressing up and honoring the culture, history, and contributions of Hispanic heritage. Please see flyers around school for more information. Everyone is encouraged to dress up including staff and teachers. The school dress code will still apply during the spirit week. If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Marsha Quintanilla
