We are so excited to announce that there is a high school field trip to Atlanta in March.  We need high school students to sign up by November 14th to make the trip happen! Go to our school website for details! See Mrs. Laura to sign up!

 

Picture retakes for staff and seventh through eleventh grades will be on November 13th, next Thursday. If you did not get your picture taken on the original date, please make sure that you have it taken on that date! (Read through November 13th)

 

Anyone interested in trying out for boy’s middle school basketball needs to come by Coach Anderson’s room to sign up.  You must have a physical, insurance and DragonFly forms completed to try out.   (Read through November 7)

 

Middle school basketball tryouts begin next Monday, November 10th.  Anyone interested in trying out should make sure that they complete all forms in Dragonfly, pay their insurance, and have an up to date physical before next Monday. (Read through November 10th).

 

Middle and High School Beta Club members are selling luminaries for the annual Light Up the Lawn Veterans Day ceremony. If you would like to purchase a luminary for $5 in honor or in memory of a veteran, please see a Beta member. 

 

If you received an invitation to be inducted into the North Duplin Junior Beta Club, your induction money is due to Mrs. Wolfe or Ms. Rose no later than Thursday morning of this week. (Read through Thursday morning, please)

  

Calling all high school artists! There is a statewide holiday card art contest sponsored by the NC Office of the State Auditor. See Mrs. Cruse or Mr. Newkirk for details! The deadline to enter is November 10th. (read through Nov 5th)

 

The University of Mt Olive will have an Open House on Nov. 11th.  Please see Mrs. Cruse or Mrs. Taylor for details on how to register. (read thru the 10th)

 

SkillsUSA has extended their apparel sale! This is the only opportunity to get SkillsUSA T-Shirts and Sweatshirts this year. Please have orders and money to Mrs. Sauls by Friday, November 7th! (Read through 11/7)
