11/4/24 Announcements

 

(10/31-11/4)  Attention all HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS!!!  Cafeteria expectations are being updated starting November 4th.

*Expectation 1 - Students are expected to stay in line in an orderly fashion.  The student line now runs along the far yellow wall.

*Expectation 2 - Students are not allowed to walk around the cafeteria and stand.  They must remain seated at all times unless they are disposing of trash or purchasing food.  

THESE NEW EXPECTATIONS WILL GO INTO EFFECT ON MONDAY, NOVEMBER 4.

 

The Jr and Sr Beta Clubs are selling luminaries for the annual Light Up the Lawn event in honor of our Veterans. The event will take place Thursday, November 7th at 6:00 pm. All Beta Club members should see their club sponsor for an order form. Check TalkingPoints and your email for additional information. (read thru Monday 11/4) 

 

High School Basketball tryouts for NON football players starts Monday from 4:30-6. You must have a physical, athletic insurance, and all your forms filled out on dragonfly.

 

Middle school basketball tryouts start today from 3:10-4:30.  You must have a physical, athletic insurance and all forms completed on DragonFly to be able to tryout.

 

READ NOVEMBER 1ST: Best of luck to our outstanding Marching Rebels as they will compete at the Midway Raider Band Competition tomorrow at 1:35. Best of luck to Mr. T and our band members!




 

 

 

Upcoming Club Meetings for this Week are:

(Teacher's, please make sure your club meeting is posted on the school club calendar BEFORE adding it to the announcements to ensure that club meetings do not overlap.)

 

1st: Middle School Rebels for Christ meets in Room 703.

 

2nd: MS Beta Club meets in Mrs. Wolfe's room.

 

3rd: Book Club will meet. Sign up on the school website.

 

4th: MS students attending the Washington DC field trip should report to the media center.
