Today is our last day for Digital Citizenship Awareness! It is Crazy Sock Day!! Today we recognize that everything we do online leaves a digital footprint!

 

• Did you know that 40 percent of colleges will search prospective students' online profiles? Today search your profile and ensure that you are creating a positive digital footprint!

 

Teachers, please count up your number of students wearing crazy socks today and submit on our google form emailed to you this morning! Remember students to THINK before you post!

 

Thank you to everyone for raising awareness of the importance of digital safety! Students, please reach out to a teacher, coach, admin or Mrs. Laura if you ever have any questions or concerns about your digital safety.

 

Online applications for the Duplin Health Sciences Academy are now open for current freshmen and sophomores with a weighted GPA of 3.0 or higher and a clean discipline record. The deadline to apply is November 29. Visit the Duplin County Schools website under the Health Sciences Academy department page to apply, or ask your health sciences teacher or school counselor for more information.
