Digital Citizenship is this week! Today is TEAM Day! We are teaming up to raise awareness of the importance of digital citizenship this week! Teachers, please count up your number of students dressed up in their team gear today and submit on our google form emailed to you this morning!

We want to bring awareness to everyone on just how important digital citizenship is to our daily lives!

 

This Thursday the NC Dept of Justice will be presenting a cyber safety session to our students and parents. It is Thursday, November 21st at 6:30 pm, after the middle school basketball game. Pre-register on our school website. The homeroom with the largest percentage of participants will win a party!

 

Attention Seniors!! Mark your calendars for a bonfire party on Thursday, November 21st to celebrate football playoffs and enjoy making special memories with your friends. The event will be held at Calypso Club Pond from 6:00-9:00 pm. There will be hotdogs, chili, and a smores dessert bar. Please contact Mrs. Pope for more information about this event. Online applications for the Duplin Health Sciences Academy are now open for current freshmen and sophomores with a weighted GPA of 3.0 or higher and a clean discipline record. The deadline to apply is November 29. Visit the Duplin County Schools website under the Health Sciences Academy department page to apply, or ask your health sciences teacher or school counselor for more information.
