Congratulations to the varsity soccer team on their win against Rosewood last night.

Middle school softball tryouts starting Monday 3/9.

The All County Arts Festival will take place on Friday, Mar 27, 2026 at Wallace-Rose Hill’s Fine Arts Center.  All County Band will perform and High School art will be displayed. Admission is free. The concert starts at 7. Come support our arts students! (Read through 3/27/26)

Applications for Duplin Early College are due to Mrs. Cruse by March 16th. Please see Mrs. Cruse if you have questions.

Middle School Students -- don’t forget we are having a DANCE on Wednesday, March 11th in the cafeteria after school.  Admission is $5 and snacks will be sold.  Please stop by Mrs. Wolfe’s room to suggest songs for the playlist - songs must have a clean version and be school appropriate. (announce through 3/11)

Senior Beta Club members are reminded of the induction ceremony this Friday at 2:00. All members are required to attend. Practice today is for club officers and new inductees only. An announcement will be made during 3rd period for you to report to the gym. 

Junior Beta members in grades 7 and 8 should check their email for information about service opportunities and other announcements.  (announce through Friday)

There will be a spaghetti plate sale on Monday, March 9th from 4:00-7:00 in the cafeteria. All proceeds benefit the Fulghum family. Tickets are $10, so please see a Beta Club member or Mrs. Kendall in the front office for tickets.  

Middle School Baseball tryouts will start immediately after school next Monday, March 9th on the Middle School Baseball Field.  In order to try out for the team all students must have paid for their insurance, completed all forms on Dragonfly, and have an up to date physical.  See Mr. Rose for any questions.

Yearbooks are still on sale! Starting March 16th the price will increase, so purchase now to lock in that lower price! If you have any questions, please contact Ms. Smith. (Read through March 16th)

Congratulations to Juan Rubio who correctly guessed yesterday's library limerick–Biographies! For today's limerick we will change things up. The first class to call in with the correct answer after the announcements will win a 3D surprise….here is the limerick….
