3/19/2025 Announcements

 

Shout out to Santiago Kimes, Cristiana Knowles and Cheyenne Griffin, Alexis Simmons, and JT Wolfe for representing North Duplin at the Beyond the Books Reading Showcase today!  A special shout out to JT Wolfe for winning the 'Read to Reel' video competition with his entry on the book--Bloom.  Our students did an OUTSTANDING job and well represented North Duplin! 

 

*2025 yearbooks are on sale now! They are pre order only! The deadline to order is May 16, but reserve yours today by going to www.yearbookordercenter.com. The code is 278. Look around campus for yearbook posters. You can scan the QR bar code, and it will take you directly to the site.

 

Seniors wishing to purchase a senior ad in the yearbook will need to get their money and information to Mrs. Young by April 1.  

 

Senior parents are hosting a Casino Night for the senior class only! This event will take place Saturday, March 29th from 6:00-9:00 pm at the Faison Recreation Center. Please sign up on the sheet in the front office if you are interested in attending this fun senior event! (please read through March 21st) 

 

The All County Band and Art Show will be held on Friday, March 28, 2025 at 7 p.m at Wallace Rose Hill’s Fine Arts Building. Middle School and High School Band Members will play and HIgh School Art will be on display. Please come out and enjoy a night of the arts! (Announce through 3/28/25)

 

North Duplin FCA is hosting a Courts for Christ event on March 26th at 7:00 pm in the gym. We will have music by LIFT and a message by Pastor John Michealson. Everyone is welcome to attend and we are looking forward to a great night! (Please read through March 26)
 

Junior Beta Club members are reminded to turn in any books for the Book Drive to Mrs. Wolfe or Mrs. Rose by March 21st.  Don’t forget to bring your service log with you when you come to turn them in!

 

Attention 8th, 9th, and 10th grade students! If you're interested in a future healthcare career, have a minimum 3.0 weighted GPA, a clean discipline record, and want to explore healthcare careers, pre-health college programs, and special events, now is your chance! Applications are open to join the Duplin Health Sciences Academy. Apply online now by visiting the Duplin County Schools webpage under the Curriculum Department.
