Seniors, the SECU People Helping People Scholarship is available online. Please see the email sent by Mrs. Cruse yesterday if you are interested. Your application is due to Mrs. Cruse by Feb 24th (no late acceptance). (read through Jan. 16th)
JSCC students, your leave passes are ready if you have turned in all of your paperwork please come to guidance to pick your pass.
The junior and senior Beta Clubs are collecting winter warmth items for the month of January. All Beta members are encouraged to participate in this service event by donating coats, gloves, hats, scarves, and blankets. See one of your club advisors for questions.
Boy’s and girl’s middle school soccer tryouts will be Monday, January 26 and Tuesday. January 27 from 3:05-4:45. You must have a sports physical, completed DragonFly forms and paid athletic insurance to be able to try out. (Read through January 23)
We will be holding a Spring Sports Parent Meeting on Thursday, January 29th at 6:00 PM.This meeting is for all Middle School and High School parents and athletes who plan to participate in a spring sport. Important information regarding expectations, schedules, and requirements for the spring season will be shared. We strongly encourage both parents and athletes to attend.
9th-10th graders - If you are interested in joining the Agribusiness Academy, Duplin Health Science Academy, Duplin Industrial Trades & Technology Academy, or the Duplin TEACH Academy, please see Mrs. Cruse or Mrs. Ostheim for additional information. 8th graders interested, please complete the application you received in the meeting on Monday.
