About Me:

I graduated from Richlands High School in 2013 and went on to pursue my bachelor’s degree at UNCW. I am originally from Onslow County, however I made the leap and moved to Duplin County six years ago. I love working with families in the community as well as connecting individuals with resources. 

Professional:

I obtained my Bachelor's degree of Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington in 2017. I obtained my Masters of Science in Mental Health with a Concentration in Family Dynamics in 2021 from Grand Canyon University. Since graduating from UNCW I have worked in Child Protective Services.  I am NC-State Pre-Service Certified and have specific knowledge in Investigation's, On-going Services and Permanency Planning (Foster Care). I have additional training on the effects of trauma in childhood development. I plan to use the knowledge I gained in Child Welfare to ensure a safe and happy school!
