What is Digital Citizenship?
Digital Citizenship involves the responsible and effective use of digital resources. It equips students with essential skills to evaluate online information, understand their digital footprint, practice netiquette, maintain privacy, and combat cyberbullying. As technology in the classroom evolves, so too does the importance of teaching digital citizenship.
Digital Citizenship has gone from a list of don’ts to a more proactive list of do’s to a more seamless integration into the curriculum.
